Industrial Packaging Performance Indicator Using a Group Multicriteria Approach: An Automaker Reverse Operations Case

Background: Due to the growing integration between various logistics entities and other internal operations, packaging management in automotive industry is becoming increasingly important from strategic point of view operations automakers. Performance evaluation reverse also necessary for managers know their efficiency, avoid unnecessary resource use promote circular thinking, enabling more sustainable supply chains. Methods: This research proposes a group decision-making (GDM) approach evaluate performance automakers assist return activities developing countries. The flow an automaker was mapped, by combining literature empirical views engineering team Brazilian company, multicriteria indicator elaborated. It prioritized through analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-GDM method, judgments establish structured technical consensus. Results: possible integrate multiple specialists within same company which deserves greater attention when implementing perspective.
